The Holdsworth Center

The Holdsworth Center for Excellence in Education Leadership was constructed on a 44 acre site on lakefront property, and provides the public with a host of resources for public and private events. The campus includes multi-purpose venues, 180 room residential village, full service social hub, high tech classroom, fitness, outdoor pavilion, and administration facilities. The center is dedicated to improving public education, and will highlight the plethora of sustainable building techniques used on the campus. The LED luminaires and networked controls provide an energy efficient lighting system with minimal maintenance. The exterior lighting provides a layered approach with warm concealed sources to optimize the outdoor experience. Light levels intentional decrease toward the water to minimize the lighting effect on local ecosystems.
