Mazzetti provided MEPF engineering design, information technology design, and LEED consulting / management for the project which included the complete interior renovation of the existing 60,000sf historic city hall and a 60,000sf, five-story addition to house the new government center.  The project was completed in three phases and was awarded a LEED Gold rating.
