Meet Senior Lighting Designer, Lauren Schwade, specializing in Healthcare design, who recently moved to our Atlanta office.
Lauren is LC and EDAC certified; she’s a dedicated member of the IES Healthcare Committee, currently updating the IES Lighting for Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities, RP-29 Document, and an affiliate member of the Center for Health Design. Did we mention she’s a self-proclaimed “healthcare nerd”? Her passion was inspired by a close family member who spent many childhood years in and out of hospitals… While studying Interior Design at Philadelphia University, she completed her thesis on a Children’s Outpatient Rehab Center.
