I’m Mazzetti’s Chief Operating Officer, where I oversee global business operations with my team, including accounting and finance, human resources, legal and risk management, mission and marketing, and technology. As a Principal, I help develop and implement organizational strategy alongside our senior leadership team and serve as a steward of Mazzetti’s benefit-corporation mission.
Before joining Mazzetti, I was Managing Director at MASS Design Group, where I led global operations and helped guide the organization’s mission-driven growth. During my tenure, MASS was honored with recognition for organizational innovation, including the AIA Architecture Firm Award, recognition as WSJ’s 2021 Innovator of the Year, and inclusion on Fast Company’s list of Most Innovative Companies in Design.
In 2025, I was honored to be a Loeb Fellow at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where I explored how planning, design, and construction processes can better serve small and rural communities. I’ve also been a Visiting Scholar at Montana State University, my alma mater, where I taught and conducted research on hybrid organizations as alternative models of design practice.
Originally from the Rocky Mountain West, I’m deeply committed to rural community development. I co-founded Building Common Ground, a collective working to strengthen social infrastructure and support rural leadership across the U.S.
I hold a master’s in Development Practice from Columbia University and a bachelor’s in Business Management and Philosophy from Montana State University.
Outside of work, you’ll most often find me in the backcountry.
I enjoy climbing, fishing, hunting, trail running, or snowboarding.
