I have over 37 years of experience in mechanical engineering project management, as well as design experience for a variety of projects, including renovations and new construction for higher education, governmental and military, hospitality and residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. My expertise is in HVAC and plumbing design, including system surveys; energy studies; detailed mechanical system studies, and life cycle cost and energy analyses.
I bring great attention to detail and the ability to collaborate with the team.
My skills also includes pre-design planning documentation through the preparation of bid documents; construction estimates; construction administration; and sustainable design services. In 2003, I received a Citation for Excellence in Federal Design from the GSA for my work as project manager for the USPOE, Blaine Border Crossing in Blaine, WA. In 2007, I received an Honor Award from the GSA for the Peace Arch USPOE, On the Boards Design Award. I am an associate member of ASHRAE, ASPE, and a LEED® Accredited Professional.
