Eric is known for designing and commissioning electrical systems that keep complex facilities running safely, reliably, and with clear operational intent. With nearly two decades of experience across healthcare, aviation, mission critical, and commercial projects, he blends deep power systems knowledge with commissioning discipline, so designs perform as intended from day one.

His expertise spans normal and emergency power distribution, selective coordination and arc‑flash risk reduction, lighting and medium‑voltage systems, and construction administration. Years of field commissioning on high‑stakes infrastructure sharpened his focus on maintainability, functionality, and clear sequences of operation, especially for hospitals and other 24/7 environments.

As a Principal in Mazzetti’s Seattle team, Eric partners closely with architects, facilities leaders, and contractors from planning through occupancy, translating complex electrical decisions into clear steps that protect schedule, budget, and patient care.

Eric helps clients lower energy waste and carbon intensity while strengthening resilience. He performs load studies and peer reviews to right‑size equipment, improves power quality for sensitive clinical equipment, and prepares campuses for future distributed energy resources. His commissioning approach couples functional testing with staff training and documentation, so efficiency and reliability gains persist long after turnover.
