Known for blending artistic sensitivity with technical precision, he designs lighting and power systems that elevate user experience, improve safety, and support reliable operations across healthcare, cultural, educational, airport, and commercial facilities. His approach helps clients navigate highly detailed visual and performance requirements with confidence. 
 
Mark’s expertise spans interior and exterior lighting design, daylighting analysis, advanced controls integration, and power distribution systems. With more than twenty years of experience, he uses 3D visualization, shadow studies, and computer modeling to guide decision making and ensure lighting solutions complement architecture, enhance wayfinding, and meet stringent performance criteria. His work includes award‑winning lighting designs and deep experience designing for specialized environments such as auditoriums, laboratories, and high‑occupancy public spaces. 
 
He contributes thought leadership through industry involvement, including past service as IES St. Louis Section President and participation in cross‑disciplinary research teams.
