When uptime is nonnegotiable, Greg engineers mechanical systems that keep critical facilities online and performing. Known for marrying reliability with efficiency, he brings nearly three decades of experience designing research labs, federal campuses, healthcare, and other 24/7 environments, translating stringent operational needs into clear, buildable solutions.

Greg’s expertise spans high‑reliability HVAC, central plants, airflow and pressurization control, and code‑driven risk mitigation across design‑bid‑build, design‑build, and developer delivery. His notable work includes a new $200M mental health facility, major modernization of the M SF Robert A. Young Federal Building, multiple National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency renovations, and owner’s‑rep leadership for Pfizer on a large lab and vivarium project.

Greg shares pragmatic guidance with owners and teams, aligning stakeholders and delivery methods to achieve measurable performance outcomes. He advances Mazzetti’s benefit mission by designing mechanical systems that cut avoidable energy use while safeguarding continuous operation in community‑serving facilities, improving resilience and the quality of indoor environments
