As the Sustainability Practice Leader at Mazzetti, Christina guides organizations through greenhouse gas inventories, decarbonization master planning, ESG strategy, and change management. A licensed architect and carbon specialist, she brings a systems mindset shaped by decades of owner-side leadership, helping teams move from analysis to implementation with clarity and momentum. Her influence extends beyond projects through national speaking, facilitation, and thought leadership focused on accountable climate action and change management in healthcare. 

Christina’s contribution to Mazzetti’s benefit mission centers on accelerating healthcare decarbonization at scale. Christina leads multi-disciplinary teams that help health systems reduce emissions while improving resilience, transparency, and long-term performance, directly supporting Mazzetti’s commitment to bending the climate curve. She also hosts the monthly Bending the Climate Curve webinars, providing a platform for sharing knowledge and strategies to drive climate action in the built environment.
