As Director of Engineering for Mazzetti’s India & Africa practice, he oversees delivery for healthcare, data center, and mission‑critical projects, helping clients navigate technical complexity while meeting aggressive schedules and performance requirements. His background enables him to bridge design intent and constructability, supporting consistent quality across global teams. Vaibhav has played a key role in expanding Mazzetti’s international engineering capabilities, supporting projects across India, Africa, and Southeast Asia. His leadership emphasizes scalable processes, coordination between regional teams, and the development of local expertise to support global delivery.
