A former U.S. Marine, Monica brings strong leadership, discipline, and accountability to her work. Throughout her career, she has independently managed projects for some of the nation’s leading healthcare organizations, including Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, UPMC, Mercy Health, Summa Health, and Kettering Health. Her collaborative approach and commitment to quality help clients navigate challenges with confidence while achieving reliable, measurable results.
