He brings more than four decades of experience in healthcare construction and pre-construction, helping clients navigate demanding project schedules and high-stakes infrastructure decisions with confidence. 

His background spans Integrated Project Delivery, Design Build, Progressive Design Build, Design Assist, and CMAR, along with leading major MEP scopes for large construction teams. Mike excels at connecting diverse teams, solving tough coordination challenges, and keeping momentum strong across every phase of delivery. Clients value his reliability, creativity, and ability to simplify complex issues while protecting schedules and milestones. One of his most memorable achievements includes designing a unique cooling tower solution for a Gehry-designed facility, earning Frank Gehry’s personal approval. 

Mike advances Mazzetti’s Benefit Mission by fostering collaboration, elevating project performance, and helping healthcare organizations invest in infrastructure that supports resilient, efficient, and patient-centered environments. Outside of his work with clients, Mike serves the homeless community through SPIN (Serving People in Need).
