Keya specializes in building energy analysis, energy modeling, and electrification planning for new construction and renovation projects. She collaborates closely with design teams throughout the project lifecycle, evaluating energy use patterns, recommending optimization strategies, and helping clients meet ambitious energy performance goals while balancing operational and financial considerations.

Throughout her career, Keya has led energy modeling efforts for a wide range of projects and advised on building electrification strategies for multiple prototype developments supporting one of California’s largest utility providers. She has also served as a global energy and sustainability liaison for a multinational corporation, evaluating building and systems performance across facilities in more than 15 countries. Her experience spans diverse building types, giving her a broad perspective on how data-driven decision-making can improve building performance at both the project and portfolio levels.
