Sextant is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by Mazzetti to advance health equity through sustainable infrastructure and innovation. Founded in response to Mazzetti’s disaster recovery work following the 2010 Haiti earthquake, Sextant extends engineering expertise to communities facing critical healthcare infrastructure challenges.
Working alongside local partners around the world, Sextant helps strengthen healthcare systems through reliable energy, clean water, resilient facilities, and collaborative problem-solving.
Together, we’re engineering healthier communities both locally and globally.
As an independent nonprofit supported by Mazzetti, Sextant directs donations toward project work that improves healthcare delivery in underserved communities while also convening Reimagining Workshops that bring healthcare leaders, designers, and engineers together to explore new solutions.
