3. Three-Step Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to assess mutual fit- your goals, experience, and working style, as well as how we align with what you’re looking for.
You can typically expect:
- A conversation with HR to discuss your background and interests
- A deep dive interview with team members
- A final interview focused on collaboration, culture, and alignment
4. OAD Survey
Candidates complete a brief OAD (Organizational Assessment & Development) survey to help us understand your preferred working style and how we can best support you. There are no “right” or “wrong” results.
5. Professional References
If you advance to the final stages, we will request professional references to gain insight into your experience and strengths.
6. Background Check
After an offer is signed, we conduct a standard background check aligned with our policies and legal requirements.
