As Mazzetti’s Chief Electrical Engineer, I bring almost 30 years of broad-based electrical engineering experience in healthcare, mission critical, mixed use, residential, retail, and hospitality structures, as well as experience in the oil and gas industry. My keen understanding of the building design and construction process – from project inception through commissioning and start-up – shows our clients that we have their best interests in mind.
Early in my engineering career, I gained field experience as an electrician, giving me a detailed understanding of construction methods. On most projects I find myself working closely with the field personnel to ensure the end product meets all performance goals.
My personal passion is to provide lighting in every house around the world, regardless of location. I research ways to provide cost-effective systems for individual households that owners can purchase over time. I’m passionate about seeing solar panels throughout the developing world.
My work has taken me around the world. I have worked on solar PV projects in Haiti and Senegal, developed healthcare design standards for the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare in Liberia, and designed healthcare projects in several sub-Saharan countries, as well as hospitals in several cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
