One of the many items that called my attention from the M+NLB web site, was the company vision ” M+NLB is making the world a better place by creating better environments”. At first I was skeptical as I have seen similar statements in marketing materials. A few weeks later and with much proof, we practice what we preach, I am very impressed with the company and our team members. Our design team meetings include energy conservation, which is one of the key factors in our design.

My favorite thing about M+NLB is the creative, ‘can-do’ attitude of the people working here. Rather than saying “it can’t be done”, I hear people asking “how can we make this better?” It’s inspiring to be involved in designs which are not only innovative and challenging, but which create healing environments on both a human and an environmental scale.
