William has nearly 15 years of experience as a lead engineer/project manager leading teams of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers. His areas of expertise includes the design and engineering of many projects related to the HVAC industry. William has extensive experience with laboratory design, higher education facilities, classroom buildings, teaching and research laboratories, clean rooms, administration, IT and residential buildings. Recent project work includes the new Kaiser Westside Medical Center in Hillsboro, Oregon and Oregon Health and Science University's ONPRC BSL3 laboratory expansion and animal support buildings in Portland, Oregon.
