Walter Vernon

Walt Vernon is an electrical engineer with over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of healthcare facilities. Because of his experience and expertise, he currently serves as a Principal Member of the electrical Technical Committee for NFPA 99 and co-chairs the ANSI/IEEE White Book, which is the national standard for the design of electrical systems in healthcare buildings. In addition, he demonstrates his commitment to sustainable design serving as Co-Coordinator of the Green Guide for Health Care, and is a member of Kaiser Permanente’s Environmental Stewardship Council.
