John has almost 30 years of experience managing retail, laboratory, health care, institutional, and commercial facilities from the master planning phase through complete construction. His past responsibilities have included managing schedules, reviews, coordinating the mechanical engineering aspects of complex constructions, as well as modification and restoration projects. His duties also include developing performance budgets, cost estimating, and scheduling, so as to keep projects within time and budget constraints.
