Hugh O. Nash, Jr., PE is an Electrical Engineer with 42 years of experience and has active licenses to practice in 33 states. Hugh has extensive project management and electrical design experience for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. His specialties include central energy plant design, peak shaving and cogeneration facilities, emergency and standby electrical systems, battery and rotary UPS systems, and lighting.
Hugh is a Fellow with both the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and the American Society for Health Care Engineering (a Division of the AHA). In addition, he serves on the Board of the Facilities Guidelines Institute. Hugh Nash holds a Masters of Engineering with Electrical emphasis from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) from Vanderbilt University.
