M+NLB is committed to providing its people with the best employment experience possible, including offering great benefits. Employees are entitled to health and wellness at a low cost, profit sharing and employee ownership, as well as professional education reimbursement.

Health & Wellness
Health, dental, and vision care is available for employees and their family. Employees are 95% covered by the firm; a sliding scale percentage of coverage is applied for dependents based on employee salary. In addition, flexible spending accounts and commuter support are offered using pretax dollars. Disability and life insurance are also offered.

Profit Sharing
All employees are eligible for participation in our quarterly bonus program, based on the firm’s quarterly profit, as well as an annual bonus based on annual profit. In addition, M+NLB offers an Employee Stock Ownership Program, and a 401K with 25% match for up to 6% of your salary. Stock ownership is available to senior staff.

Professional Education Reimbursement
M+NLB believes in investing in our people. For technical staff, we offer reimbursement for licensing exam, certification, and renewal fees; professional organization membership costs; as well as continuing education.

Holidays
M+NLB observes eight holidays per year.

Paid Time Off
Employees accumulate paid time off (PTO) each pay period totaling 17 days for tenure up to 5 years, 22 days for tenure up to 10 years, and 27 days thereafter.
