M+NLB is providing MEPT services for the renovation and shelled space expansion of the 90,000sf Heart Center, located on the third floor. The $20M project includes an interventional build-out in an existing shelled space, and renovations to the D&T, Clinic, and Office areas. The project includes all telecommunication infrastructure upgrades in new construction with an IT project budget of $1.1M. This included creating new hospital-wide low voltage cabling standards and design of high profile hospital expansion projects.
