M+NLB is providing mechanical and plumbing services for the new Anaheim campus, which will include a 268-bed, 434,000gsf Template Hospital and will consist of a Diagnostics and Treatment portion, as well as integrated nursing towers to offer acute-care and emergency services. The project also includes a new central utility plant and a 170,000gsf hospital support building connected to the hospital.
