Kaiser Permanente San Leandro Medical Center, San Leandro, CA

M+NLB is providing MEP services for the replacement of various inpatient, outpatient, and administrative facilities. The new San Leandro campus will feature a six-story, 264-bed, 436,000sf Template Hospital consisting of adiagnostics and treatment portion and integrated nursing towers, offering acute-care and emergency services. In addition, a 275,000sf Hospital Support Building will be connected to the hospital. The campus will also include a Central Utility Plant, approximately 30,000sf.
