Kaiser Permanente Antioch New MOB II & Ambulatory Surgery Center

This $69M project consists of a four-story, 230,000sf medical office building with ambulatory care services and on- and off-site improvements located on a 50-acre greenfield site. A 50,000sf ambulatory surgery center consisting of six ORs, two special procedure rooms, central sterile, and recovery/prep rooms occupy a whole floor. The building has common connection points for direct interface to the new campus central utility system. M+NLB was responsible for the MEP master planning and design and assistance with permitting. In addition, M+NLB engineered the design for all of the central plant utilities for the buildings campuswide.
