Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) provided mechanical system design for a new 13,500sf laboratory and animal support facility designed for BioSafety Level 3 research. Systems include a 100% redundant, constant volume air handling system, with Phoenix valves, pressurization monitoring and control, energy recovery and temperature reset for heat load reductionand redundant HEPA filtration.
