Besides providing mechanical and electrical engineering for this new state-of-the-art 330,000sf, 12-story expansion to University Hospital South and accompanying 170,000sf parking structure, M+NLB has served as technology analyst and consultant. This project houses 12 state-of-the-art operating rooms with MIS technology, clinical radiation oncology, bone marrow transplant and in-patient nursing functions. Included in the M+NLB Technology Team’s scope are review and analysis of all OHSU in-house design, CAD services, CATV, security, wireless infrastructure connectivity (passive only), device placement, RFP assistance, bid analysis and contract management.
