The BRCC Health and Wellness Center is a center of activity for a community college of over 6,500 students. The facility includes a competition gymnasium, support facilities and classrooms of over 39,000sf. M+NLB provided electrical engineering consisting of normal power system, standby power system, lighting, and fire alarm system design. Power had to be connect into the existing campus wide electrical system. Compatibility with existing campus had to be considered when designing exterior lighting.
