Three Rivers Community Hospital, New Hospital, Grants Pass, OR

M+NLB provided the mechanical design for this new health care campus that brings full service medical care to a single site. Included is a new $36M, three-story hospital building, a new cancer research center, and a new central utility plant. The hospital includes six operating rooms and a state-of-the art birthing center. The central utility plant provides steam, heating water, chilled water and medical air and vacuum for all of the buildings on the site. In addition to the expansion and renovation project, M+NLB performed an energy analysis for Three Rivers Hospital.
