M+NLB is currently providing MEPT services for over 400,000 square feet of new and renovated space for the county of El Paso. The new hospital with 327 beds, will have a central plant which will produce 5,500 tons of chilled water in addition to high and low pressure steam. A co-generation plant will provide power to the complex. In addition to expanding and modernizing the existing hospital M+NLB is providing MEP services for a new eleven-story Women and Children’s Hospital Pavilion. Phase I Children’s Hospital of 90 acute care and 50 NICU beds is planned for expansion beyond 200 beds, with its own Surgery Imaging, Emergency, Laboratory and Pharmacy departments.
