M+NLB served as Commissioning Authority for the MEP systems at a new 80,000sf specialty hospital. This hospital was constructed as an occupant of an existing five-story building. The majority of the systems for the new hospital were separated from the building systems with the exception of the emergency generator and some heating hot water for one floor. Some of the critical challenges of this project were commissioning systems in the new hospital area while other tenants occupied other areas of the building.
