This $7M building is located on the Harvey Mudd College campus, directly across from the Platt Center. This 28,000sf, state-of-the-art dining commons holds 466 diners, meeting rooms, and is home to the Aviation Room, which celebrates the college’s former Bates Aeronautics Program and its graduates. It also features open exhibition kitchen areas, five private dining rooms, two dining patios, supporting kitchen, servery, and storage spaces, as well as office space for the dining service managers, and locker rooms for the 50 employees.
