Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided MEP engineering design services for this new $200M, 458,000sf hospital, 80,000sf medical office building, 22,000sf central plant expansion, and 70,000sf renovation within the existing hospital. The project began with a master plan and energy analysis. Medical departments within the facility include radiology, emergency department, SNF/sub acute, surgical and interventional services, medical surgery, ICU, pediatrics, behavioral health, and a biomedical laboratory. The pharmacy, patient registration, resource center, conference center, and dining area are open to the public. Ancillary spaces include security/PBX operations, a medical staff lounge, central supply, and administration.
