This new facility includes approximately 1Msgsf of new office, the renovation of 2Msf of existing office space, a new 7x24 data center facility with completely redundant MEP utility systems, warehouse and support space and ancillary services. The 6,000sf data center was designed with N+1 redundancy including redundant PLC controls. Site improvements included circulation planning and design, parking, landscaping, site utilities, re-alignment of adjacent city streets and underlying utilities, campus-wide security and central a plant. Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided electrical master planning, engineering and commissioning services for this project.
