Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design-assist services and peer review services for the renovation of City Hall (70,000gsf), a new 3-level Hall of Justice building (55,000gsf), renovations and retrofit of conferences spaces and council chambers and basic seismic upgrades to the existing auditorium. M+NLB also provided commissioning services to meet the requirements of LEED New Construction (LEED-NC) Gold. M+NLB acted as the owner’s lead commissioning authority (CxA) for this portion of the project.
