Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch has spent the last three years working with Kaiser to develop an on-site Renewable Energy Portfolio for its 500+ facilities. We have explored solar thermal, solar photovoltaics, cogeneration, and fuel cells in an effort to provide the best mix of PR, environmental impact, and economics. In working with Kaiser National Facilities Services in Oakland, CA, we not only conceived the project, but also carried it through to its current phase of development. We have performed detailed economic analysis, negotiated terms with financial partners, surveyed over 50 of their Medical Center Campus’, and are currently negotiating a project management role in the full scale implementation.
