M+NLB provided medical equipment planning for this, approximately 41,000 sq ft of shell space on the fourth floor. This project consists of Inpatient Rehabilitation Nursing Unit which includes 29 Patient Beds, PT/OT Areas, Support and Clerical area. Also included in this project is an Intensive Care/Critical Care Unit with 26 Patient Beds and Support and Clerical area. Along with the floor addition, a complete re-evaluation of the Physiological Monitoring system was undertaken. A task force was established and many vendors were evaluated. The decision was made to complete replace the monitoring equipment for this two hospital systems with a new vendor in time for the completion of the construction project.
