This project is a 250,000sf, multilevel medical office building on the University of Southern California Health Sciences campus. The seven-story building offers a range of diagnostic and treatment services, including outpatient surgery, ambulatory diagnostics, imaging, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, organ transplant, psychiatry, anesthesia/pain management, neurology, head and neck surgery, and obstetrics. The building also includes a multi-disciplinary medical clinic for special programs and services. Two levels of parking are located below grade.
