Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical design for this 460,000sf, mixed-use project in downtown Portland. Museum Place consists of over 300 units of mixed income rental housing, 200-250 market rate condominiums, new and expanded 45,000sf Safeway grocery store, new Madison Street pedestrian area, and a two-level underground parking structure for visitors and tenants.
