Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering services for this major expansion project that doubled the building’s capacity by sinking the former parking lot to form a two-story underground garage with the center’s addition above, attached seamlessly to the existing building. The expansion added over 400,000sf to include additional exhibit space, 22 meeting rooms, and a ballroom.
