This 425,000sf project consists of a corporate office space and a fault-tolerant 77,000sf data center with mechanical and electrical service galleries and a campus-wide central plant. The data center is rated to 6th Sigma (99.9999% uptime) for reliability is expandable from 50 VA/sf to 100 VA/sf and 133,000sf of raised floor space. Unique designs to this facility included the development of a new computer power distribution product for both single- and dual-corded loads from a single input and the four-buss, medium-voltage system used for the dual service and generator systems. Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) provided MEP, and fire protection design; technology was provided as a consulting subconsultant. M+NLB was also the commissioning authority for this project.
