M+NLB acts as the executive engineers for Navisite on a worldwide basis. We are responsible for all aspects of the mechanical and electrical system design and implementation to the development of new MEP infrastructure standards, the design-build criteria for rollout on a national basis, the review of all designs produced by other consultants and contractors and general facility master planning. Further work included the development of the system-wide building monitoring system. M+NLB managed a multi-consultant, multi-country rollout where we were coordinating and dealing with up to seven different A/E firms at one time.
