Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) was responsible for the mechanical system design, implementation, development of new MEP infrastructure standards, as well as general facility master planning. All the work was done to 100 W/sf. We were also the commissioning agent for the installed work. M+NLB managed a multi-city, multi-country rollout, in which we coordinated up to seven different A/E firms at one time.
M+NLB managed raised floor and process space in various phases of design and construction in the following locations: Ashburn, VA, 140,000sf of process space; Chicago, IL, 110,000sf of process space, Dallas, TX, 50,000sf of process space; London, UK, 60,000sf of process space (CDs); Los Angeles, CA, Ph1. 60,000sf (built) & Ph2. 60,000sf (CDs) of process space; Paris, FR, 70,000sf of process space; San Jose, CA, 70,000sf of process space; Secaucus, NJ, 180,000sf of process space (DDs); Atlanta, GA, 70,000sf of process space (SDs); Boston, MA, 70,000sf of process space (SDs); and Seattle, WA, 70,000sf of process space (SDs).
