Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch is providing mechanical engineering services for this $140M, 54-bed, acute-care replacement hospital, which consists of eight stories and 100,000sf, with two below ground parking levels. Existing buildings will be converted to hospital support facilities, an outpatient clinic, and a skilled nursing facility. To keep Chinese Hospital in Chinatown and not displace any existing residential or commercial uses, the new building will replace the 1923 hospital, which is now used as a medical office building.
