Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch is providing full MEP design for this 85,000sf addition to the existing community hospital. The addition includes a new Emergency Department, new ORs, and a Labor & Delivery floor with NICU and C-Section Delivery ORs. The project is budgeted at $80M and completely designed in 3D using Autodesk’s Revit® Architecture.
