After successfully assisting Asante Health Systems with the mechanical design of the Three Rivers Hospital in Grants Pass, Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) provided both mechanical and electrical design for the Rogue Valley facility. The facility consists of new and renovated spaces for 268 patient beds, 15 operating rooms, an emergency department, diagnostics and imaging, including nuclear medicine, women’s and children’s department, a new 720-stall parking garage, a new kitchen and dining area, and a new central plant.
M+NLB also completed a comprehensive master plan of the HVAC system prior to implementation of design work to ensure that the owner could make informed decisions on all aspects of MEP systems. The new hospital is a 2005 ASHE Vista Award winner.
