Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided full MEP engineering for this $3.4M, 10,800sf youth center which includes gymnasium, game room, kitchen, computer room and an activity/art room. The project became LEED Silver certified in July 2007, of which notable features includes: 30% total reduction through use of low flow fixtures, waterless urinals for water efficiency, energy and atmosphere by use of Enhanced Refrigerant Management and use of extensive natural daylighting and view corridors.
