Mazetti Nash Lipsey Burch (M+NLB) provided electrical engineering services for a 310,000sf hospital addition, 25,000sf new central plant, and 15,000sf hospital renovation to support the addition. The project included a new administration department, central sterile, phased kitchen and dining facility renovation, conferencing, eighteen new operating rooms, recovery, and four medical/surgery patient floors.
Phase II of the site construction will include a second tower of approximately 100,000sf, within which will be a new Emergency Department and additional patient floors. This portion of the project consists of a new design team with the exception of M+NLB.
