Mazzetti Nash Lipsey Burch provided MEPT design services for this 106,000sf, three-story, $22M medical office building. The program includes outpatient clinics, present and future MRI imaging, and a present and future ambulatory surgery center. The building is designed to be expanded vertically for either medical office building or residential use, resulting in future high-rise requirements. Innovative designs include rainwater harvesting for landscape irrigation and toilet/urinal flushing, and daylight harvesting. The project adjoins a light-rail station with a concurrently designed parking structure for the medical office building and light rail.
